HEAD OF DELIVERY

Role Description:

The Head of Delivery will own overall delivery, team utilization, hiring plans, customer health, employee certifications and employee engagement, and drive coordination between the business development team and delivery leaders.

Requirements:

  • Must embrace Twelve culture and follow Twelve methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Outstanding leadership skills and a minimum of 5 years team leadership experience
  • Comfortable making decisions and moving quickly
  • Should be data-driven and process-focused

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and develop delivery leaders and develop succession plans 
  • Develop quarterly MBO’s and hold team accountable to those objectives
  • Collaborate with functional areas and align to strategic plan
  • Manage customer escalations as required
  • Support Business Development team throughout sales cycle (pre-sales, POC, scoping, etc).
  • Travel approximately 25%

CONSULTANT

Role Description:

Twelve Consultants are responsible for working with our clients to build a connected planning solution customized to fit the needs of their business.  This role will spend the majority of their time building models designed by Twelve Solution Architects, teaching customers about Anaplan and incorporating Twelve Project Implementation best practices every day! 

Requirements:

  • Strong education and professional background
    • Bachelors degree required; Finance, Accounting Mathematics, Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and developing customized models
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology and working independently
  • Knowledge of multi-dimensionality and business modeling

Responsibilities:

  • Review existing customer models and business process
  • Collaborate with project team to determine best design and solution
  • Build Anaplan models based on customer requirements
  • Integrate customer data into Anaplan models and support integration testing
  • Deploy solution to end-users and provide overall support and training
  • Follow Twelve Project Methodology and implementation best practices
  • Travel approximately 25-50%
 

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Role Description:

The Sr Consultant will lead customer-facing and internal projects implementing the Anaplan tool across industries. Share and develop subject matter expertise across use case areas including Financial Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain Operations, and Sales Performance Management. Develop and coach customers and internal resources on best practices and implementation skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong education and professional background
    • Bachelors degree required; Finance, Accounting Mathematics, Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred
    • 4 years Consulting or Industry experience (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to both internal and external stakeholders (customers, coworkers, and industry peers)
  • Prior project management experience; PMP or Agile methodology certification preferred but not mandatory
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team-building skills, as well as drive to continuously learn and embrace professional challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy end-to-end solutions for customers, specific to their business requirements.
  • Apply strong business acumen and knowledge of business process modeling to evaluate and communicate business value of the Anaplan tool throughout customer projects.
  • Follow Twelve Project Methodology and implementation best practices
  • Provide growth and development opportunities and guidance to project team members. This includes Twelve CG coworkers and customer resources.
  • Facilitate user story/requirements gathering sessions with customers. Translate user stories into project/sprint plans.
  • Manage project budget, timeline, scope and resources
  • Travel approximately 25-50%
 

SOLUTIONS SUPPORT CONSULTANT

Role Description

We are seeking a driven, self-starting Solutions Support Consultant to assist existing clients with maintaining and enhancing their existing Anaplan models. This role has the potential to develop into a solution implementation Consultant after 12-18 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client and project team to determine best design and solution for model bugs or revisions
  • Build Anaplan model enhancements based on customer requirements
  • Support day to day business process activities in Anaplan
  • Provide overall support and training to end users

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology and working both independently and with a team
  • Able to work in a fast paced and quickly changing environment
  • Knowledge of multi-dimensionality and business modeling
  • Proficient in Excel and analyzing customized models
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 Years of Applicable Work Experience
