Besides the Level 1 Anaplan Model Builder training that occurs at the beginning of each new project, we enable our clients for the duration of each project. Co-builds, homework, and increasing responsibility ensure that our clients are fully prepared to own and grow their models.​​

WHAT IF SCENARIO & REPORTING

 

Organizations have been utilizing What If Scenario Modeling for years to help them simulate different situations. Given our current conditions, it is proving to be an even more valuable tool. Our team can build this functionality into existing Anaplan models in just 2-3 weeks!

 

 

 

Estimated Cost: 1 Solution Architect for 60 hours and 1 Model Builder for 90 hours

Relevant Audience: Current Anaplan clients with an existing FP&A or Demand Planning model

Assumptions:

  • All needed hierarchies and data exists in Anaplan; no new external data feeds will be created

  • No exports to external data systems will be created

  • A P&L at the appropriate level of detail is available in Anaplan (for FP&A model)

  • A volume-based P&L or forecasting report at the appropriate level of detail is available in Anaplan (for Demand Planning model)

  • Business SME's are available to finalize requirements and respond to questions from Twelve in a timely manner

  • Client model builders may be involved, but are expected to work independently.  Twelve will not run co-build sessions
