Role Description:

We are seeking an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats to join the team at Twelve Consulting Group as an Office Manager. The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and company procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The role has the potential to expand to beyond 20 hours in the future.


  • Work 20 hours per week in our Minneapolis office

  • High school graduation plus 2 years relevant experience

  • Experience working with technology and Microsoft office suite

  • Excellent verbal and written communication


  • Greet clients and visitors to the office (12- 4pm daily)

  • Receive and organize mail/packages

  • Maintain break room; drink and snack ordering, and ensure area is clean

  • Organize catering for events in the office

  • Provide troubleshooting solutions for printers and other office equipment

  • Administer Twelve CG Programs (Employee Recognition and Client Surveys)

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Role Description:

Twelve Consultants are responsible for working with our clients to build a connected planning solution customized to fit the needs of their business.  This role will spend the majority of their time building models designed by Twelve Solution Architects, teaching customers about Anaplan and incorporating Twelve Project Implementation best practices every day! 


  • Strong education and professional background

    • Bachelors degree required; Finance, Accounting Mathematics, Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred

  • Proficient in Excel and developing customized models

  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills

  • Comfortable with technology and working independently

  • Knowledge of multi-dimensionality and business modeling


  • Review existing customer models and business process

  • Collaborate with project team to determine best design and solution

  • Build Anaplan models based on customer requirements

  • Integrate customer data into Anaplan models and support integration testing

  • Deploy solution to end-users and provide overall support and training

  • Follow Twelve Project Methodology and implementation best practices

  • Travel approximately 25-50%
