Core to our DNA is a passion for giving back to the communities in which we live and work. Over the last several years, Twelve has chosen to invest in three programs that we believe make a huge impact. First, Twelve donates funds to local schools on behalf of our clients through our Empowering Leaders program, which provides much-needed technology resources for students. Second, we partner with the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital along with Jason Zucker (of the Minnesota Wild) and Carly Zucker to support the Zucker Family Suite and Broadcast Studio.  Finally, we support Playworks, an organization that helps kids to stay active and build valuable social and emotional skills through play. We love Playworks so much that every Twelve employee volunteers with Playworks at recess as a part of our new employee on-boarding program. University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital Partnership

Over the past few years, a highlight of our community engagement has been partnering with the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital. Twelve is thrilled to announce we are expanding our partnership by teaming up with Jason Zucker and Carly Zucker to support the Zucker Family Suite and Broadcast Studio, broadcasting through channel 12! The space will provide patients and families an escape within the hospital and will also provide numerous volunteer opportunities for our team and our community.

Empowering leaders partnership

Our children are the leaders of the future, and we want them to have the tools to navigate the world. We believe that technology opens doors in amazing and unexpected ways. We continue to see these doors open for us internally as well as for our customers with the help of Anaplan and other incredible technologies.

The Empowering Leaders Program is designed to provide eligible clients with an opportunity to select a school in their community for us to donate to on their behalf. The funds are contributed to the school with the request that they be used to improve the school’s technology resources to increase opportunities available to students.

To date, Twelve has contributed $50k through our Empowering Leaders Program.

Playworks partnership

Two years ago, we began a lasting and growing partnership with Playworks. We began by donating recess equipment, participating in their annual Soirée for Play, and volunteering with local children during recess. Today, our partnership has evolved to Jill King (founding partner) becoming a board member, multiple cash donations, annual team participation in the Minneapolis and Chicago Playworks Kickball Tournaments, and our new hires volunteering with Playworks at recess as part of their onboarding experience.  Playworks Corporate Recess has taken our all-team Annual Kickoff Meetings to a whole new level over the past 2 years – we are blown away by the value it brings to Twelve!
