We have exciting news to kick off the new year! As we continue to scale and grow, we have new opportunities to invest in people, processes, and systems to ensure that we are building value for both our customers and 12CG employees.
Below are several new roles that will be instrumental in leading and scaling our organization.
Head of Delivery - Haley Fisher
Haley will lead our entire Delivery organization, with special focus on maximizing the value our clients realize from their Anaplan investment. We are known for our technical implementation excellence and ability to enable clients. Anaplan is growing and evolving as a platform and ecosystem. By segmenting and honing our focus on our Pharma Gross to Net and CPG Revenue Growth Management specializations, we can parallel Anaplan's growth and service the full Connected Planning journey with our clients.
People come to Twelve to be challenged, collaborate, learn Anaplan, become subject-matter-experts across the honeycomb, and ultimately grow. Top of mind for Haley is exploring new career opportunities that unlock growth for our resources and drive increased value to our customers.
Tara Rockers is one of the managing consultants on Haley's team. Tara now focuses solely on our Pharma Gross to Net specialization. She leads our Pharosity Consulting partnership, oversees Twelve's Pharma book of business, coaches Twelve resources on our Pharma solution, and is responsible for deepening Twelve’s subject matter expertise within the Pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, our growth spurred the development of a 5th delivery team, which Evan Smith will be leading as a newly promoted Managing Consultant out of our Chicago office.
Head of Growth - Pete Amundson
Pete will be building out our Growth organization at Twelve to align our sales, partnerships, product innovation, and marketing. His focus will be to grow our footprint within the Pharma, CPG, and Commercial segments, expand our business through new strategic partnerships, launch new technology services, and bring more innovation and value-added solutions for our customers.
Head of Strategic Integration - Jordan Hardy
Jordan will be transitioning into a new role as Head of Strategic Integration, which is intended to understand the big picture across Twelve. She will be a strong collaborator and strategic advisor for projects across all departments to meet our goals. Jordan will also work with leaders to build and prioritize new roles, systems, and processes as we scale.
